As St. George’s School (Saints) approaches its centennial year, the Director, Strategic Partnerships and Student Pathways plays a central role in graduating young men who are ready for the future and equipped to do good in the world. 

Located in Vancouver, St. George’s School is a leading independent boys’ school in Canada, committed to fostering academic excellence, character development, and leadership. With a focus on innovation and holistic education, Saints prepares students for a rapidly evolving world while instilling a deep sense of responsibility and integrity. Saints graduates approximately 160 students each year, with 100 percent attending post-secondary institutions (and over 30 percent attending American and international universities). Saints occupies two campuses, one serving the Junior School (Kindergarten to Grade 7) and the other housing the Senior School (Grades 8 to 12). The total enrollment is 1210, of which 775 are senior school students and approximately 100 are boarders, currently from over 15 countries. 

Reporting to the Head of School, the Director, Strategic Partnerships and Student Pathways will be at the forefront of educational innovation, leading the design and implementation of world class, ground-breaking educational programs that prepare students for the challenges and opportunities they will face in the future society. The Director will be St. George’s lead on developing strategic partnerships with universities, industry experts, and thought leaders, and will collaborate with faculty, administration, and external stakeholders to ensure that Saints remains a leader in future-focused education. 

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader eager to bridge the gap between traditional learning and the future needs of society, and demonstrates a commitment to shaping the next generation through cutting-edge educational models. With experience in educational leadership, program development, or partnership management, candidates bring a proven track record in building successful collaborations between educational institutions and external constituents, and a strong understanding of emerging trends in education. Candidates will be engaging and collaborative with superb interpersonal skills and an ability to demonstrate the empathy, respect, and humility needed to connect effectively with the many stakeholders who make up the Saints community.

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $220,000 per year, plus a suite of competitive benefits.
