- Competitive Compensation for permanent Faculty at an annual salary of $66,499 to $114,962 inclusive of vacation pay and commensurate with years of teaching experience and education level.

Position Summary
To help each student develop academic competence in subject areas taught and to motivate and encourage students to develop their special talents. Our teachers make decisions of considerable consequence, in determining how best to aid students in the learning process. The functional role of this position requires teaching, learning, mentorship, collaboration, assessing, evaluating, and supporting the students and school.
Success Factors
- Bachelor of Education and a BC Teacher’s Certification (or equivalent)
Experience in an Independent School (asset) - Computer Skills: Google Classroom, docs, sheets, slides and Gmail
- Known to model the highest standards of professional practice and interactions with all stakeholders
- Ability to understand the importance of emotional intelligence and empathy in building trust and contribute to a positive working atmosphere across the School community
- Known to communicate, negotiate, collaborate and build partnerships effectively
