Join our team as the Grounds and Security Supervisor!

Brentwood College School seeks an experienced, proactive Supervisor to lead our dynamic Grounds and Security teams. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing grounds projects, ensuring high-quality campus maintenance, managing the security team including after-hours calls and on-call for security emergencies. You’ll bring vision and innovative strategies to enhance campus aesthetics and functionality. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to uphold our campus as a safe and beautiful space for all. This role includes outdoor work in varying weather conditions, physical fitness required. Must be available to manage after hours calls related to campus emergencies.

Your Opportunity:

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with an annual salary of $78,000. Due to the responsibilities of the position and based on operational needs or events, flexibility will be required, including periodic weekends, days, and evenings.

Your Certificates and Experience:

• 5 years of related experience preferred
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
• Certifications in horticulture, turf management, or related fields are an asset
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of grounds maintenance and safety regulations
• Valid BC driver’s license and Level 1 First Aid required
