Led by Natassja By, Director of Performing Arts at Mulgrave School, the 2020-21 Team Leadership Program is underway with 12 enthusiastic participants from Brockton School, Meadowridge School, Mulgrave School, Southpointe Academy, Stratford Hall, and West Point Grey Academy. To date, participants have completed two workshops for the program discussing non-directive coaching, leading difficult conversations, reflective inquiry projects, and leadership theory.
