Job Description Title: Physics 11 Summer School Teacher – In person

Dates: July 7, 2025 to August 1, 2025

Hours: 8:45am to 3:30pm

Location: Meadowridge School

Salary: $10,000 (July 7-August 21, 2025)

Scope

Meadowridge School is seeking a passionate educator to teach the Physics 11 BC Ministry Curriculum course.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement and teach the BC Education Plan (plan, deliver, assess, and report) for Physics 11 Ministry Curriculum
• Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students’ varied needs
• Establish a positive classroom environment
• Model respectful and timely communication with students 

Qualifications and Experience

• A valid BC Teaching Certificate
• Experience and applicable educational background in Physics
• Canadian residency and legally entitled to work in Canada
• Fluent communication skills in English, both oral and written
