Senior School Principal
Mulgrave is an independent, non-denominational co-educational school which is committed to providing an excellent academic programme from Pre-K through Grade 12. We are now inviting applications for a full time position of Principal of the Senior School.
Reporting to the Head of School, the Principal of the Senior School is responsible for the strategic development and the day to day operation of the Senior School, from Grades 10/11 to 12.
This post is a key senior leadership position in the school and as such the post holder is a full member of the school leadership team (SLT) and shares in the responsibility for the leadership and management of the whole school at a strategic and operational level.

The following qualities are desired:
- Experience of leadership within an IB Diploma context
- Strong organizational, communication, administrative and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
- The ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in school based leadership
- Must be a Canadian resident and legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must meet all requirements to be certified to teach in British Columbia
