Chief Financial Officer and Business Manager - Brentwood College

Brentwood College invites applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer and Business Manager, effective late August 2010.

Reporting to the Head of School and the Board of Governors, the Chief Financial
Officer will lead the effective management of all aspects of the school’s finances,
including financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, budgeting and cash
management. Specific duties include long-term strategic financial planning,
overseeing the school’s endowment, insurance and risk management, preparing for
the annual audit, filing regulatory returns, and establishing policies, procedures and
strategies to safeguard the school’s assets.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Accountant, with experience in
financial management, preferably in an educational or not-for-profit sector.
