Senior School Vice Principal
The Senior School Vice Principal position has been created to support the inclusion of Grades 6 and 7 in the Senior School, which has increased the Senior School population to 300 students. Working closely with the Senior School Principal and Senior Leadership Team, the Vice Principal will play an important role in the development of the School. The Vice Principal will provide support to the Principal in ensuring all programs and practices of the faculty and staff are in line with the School’s mission and strategic objectives. The Vice Principal will foster the maintenance of a supportive, collaborative and inclusive faculty culture.
The Senior School Vice Principal will serve as an instructional and pastoral leader in the Senior School, earning the respect and confidence of a motivated staff, an outstanding student body and supportive parents. The Vice Principal will possess a thorough understanding of effective pedagogy in secondary education and serve as an active leader in the division through academic, pastoral and administrative initiatives.
The Vice Principal will report to and be evaluated annually by the Senior School Principal on objectives established jointly.
