We are seeking an Associate Director of University Guidance to join our Morven Campus.

Reporting to the Director of University Guidance, the Associate Director must have the passion that embodies the mission and vision of the School and the experience to support a wide range of students who have their heart set on being accepted to world-renowned universities, prestigious science and technology institutions, fine arts colleges, local universities and colleges, and everything in between. The Associate Director, as a member of a four-person Guidance Counselling office, must have the skills, passion and dedication needed to work with Grade 9 – 12 students and their families on a post-secondary journey. This includes course selection, university searches and the application and admission process.
The ideal candidate is a coach, mentor and active listener who has a passion for working with students as they navigate post-secondary options. Having worked in post-secondary admissions or university guidance, they have developed an understanding of the post-secondary landscape, including the admissions process, bursaries and scholarships.
