Admissions & Development Coordinator
Aberdeen Hall Preparatory School provides excellent academics, athletics, arts and character education to 670 Preschool to Grade 12 students and is located on 40+ acres of a beautiful new campus.
We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic professional to play an integral role in our Admissions and Development at Aberdeen Hall. As a full time permanent position the Admissions & Development Coordinator provides valuable insight in all areas of admissions, fundraising, donor stewardship and contributes to the policy and management of the Advancement office.
As a member of the Advancement Team this role includes planning, development, implementation and oversite of Aberdeen Hall’s Advancement Strategic Plans to ensure the school’s continued growth in the years ahead.
The first year will focus primarily on student recruitment with a secondary role in developing the spirit of philanthropy at Aberdeen Hall. Moving forward an opportunity to grow in the development area will become available with the return of our Director of Admissions from leave.

Post Secondary training and/or several years experience in admissions and/or fundraising.
Highly developed communication skills to effectively share Aberdeen Hall’s mission and specific program related objectives with our stakeholders and the community at large.
Exceptional organization and project management skills.
Excellent judgment and an ability to develop and nurture key relationships.
Superior interpersonal skills and ability to interact successfully with a diverse group of stakeholders.
